Method of Payment
Choice of cash, credit card (visa/master), or online transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% additional fee. A full payment is required in advance to confirm reservations.
All bookings subject to tourism and sustainability fee of 13 MYR per night for non-Malaysian residents.
Cancellation Policy
Your booking is 50% refundable provided you cancel at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will allow shifting the booking to other available dates during the same year. Any cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival are 100% non-refundable.
We are not responsible for weather conditions, flight, bus or ferry cancellations which may prevent you from arriving on the scheduled date. Early checkout will not receive refund for unused nights.
Injury, Loss, Damage And Interruption
By booking you agree that your stay is undertaken entirely at your own risk and Cahaya Asah Resort cannot accept any responsibility for personal injury, accident or loss damage to you or your group other than negligence of our employees acting within the scope of / or in the course of their employment when the event occurred.
We do not accept any responsibilities for interruptions incurred by bad weather, civil or military disturbance, strike or any matter beyond the control of Cahaya Asah Resort.
